Adult Day Program for Alzheimer's & Dementia Care

DayBreak's adult day program provides a safe, structured environment for adults living with mild to moderate Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. Located in Maryville, TN, our program serves families throughout Blount County and the surrounding East Tennessee area.

Each day is built around a consistent routine designed for familiarity and comfort. Participants take part in social time, games, music, art, physical activities, and service projects — all led by trained, background-checked volunteers who work one-on-one with participants at their highest level of ability.

Our day program isn't just about care for your loved one. It's respite for you. While your family member enjoys a full day of connection and purpose, caregivers get time back — for work, appointments, rest, or simply a break.

The program runs 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and costs $65 for a 6-hour day, with need-based scholarships available when grant funding allows. If you're exploring dementia day care options in Blount County, we encourage you to reach out and learn if DayBreak is the right fit for your family.
