DayBreak's Memory Café: Connection, Support & Community

DayBreak's Memory Café is a monthly gathering for individuals in the early stages of memory loss to connect, share, and learn alongside others experiencing cognitive decline. Held in a safe, supportive, and engaging environment, our Memory Café gives participants the chance to build community with people who understand what they're going through.

Friends, family members, and caregivers are welcome to and encouraged to attend alongside their loved one, making it a shared experience rather than a drop-off service. The Memory Café takes place every 4th Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.

If you or a loved one in Blount County is navigating memory loss, the Memory Café offers a welcoming space to connect — no diagnosis or paperwork required to attend.
